Poppo Agency Rules & Compliance: What Every Agent Needs to Know
Running a Poppo agency comes with real responsibilities. Understanding the rules upfront protects your agency's standing and helps you build a sustainable, long-term operation rather than one that risks suspension.
Minimum Host Activity
Agencies must maintain at least 5 active hosts, streaming a combined 10 or more hours per week. Falling short of this for two consecutive weeks can lead to agency suspension, so it's worth tracking host activity regularly rather than waiting for a warning.
No Cross-Agency Recruitment
Agents are not permitted to recruit hosts who are already registered under another agency. This rule exists to keep the ecosystem fair â focus your recruitment on new hosts rather than poaching established ones.
One Agency Per Person
Each individual may operate only a single registered agency at a time. If you want to restructure your team, that happens within your existing agency rather than by opening a second one.
Age and Verification Requirements
Both agents and the hosts they recruit must be 18 or older. Every host is required to complete face verification, which prevents duplicate accounts and unlocks additional in-app features.
No Third-Party Promotion
Promoting other apps or platforms while live-streaming or messaging on Poppo is strictly prohibited and can result in penalties ranging from warnings to permanent suspension.
Respecting Host Exit Requests
If a host requests to leave your agency, you have 7 days to respond. Hosts who joined within the past 7 days and haven't completed face verification can leave immediately without agency approval.
Staying Compliant Long-Term
The agencies that succeed on Poppo are the ones that treat these rules as the foundation of a real business â consistent host support, transparent communication, and steady recruitment rather than shortcuts.
