Most applicants are approved within 10–15 minutes of submitting the form. If you're in a South Asian market, reach Wealth Level 3 first — message us and we'll help you get there faster.

Download & create your account

Install the Poppo Live app and sign up with your phone number or a social login.

Find your numeric Poppo ID

Open your Profile tab — your ID is displayed under your username.

Open the agency registration link

Use the official link on this page, in a mobile or desktop browser.

Enter your ID and tap "Get"

This triggers a one-time verification code sent to your Poppo inbox.

Retrieve the verification code

Check your in-app messages for the code — it usually arrives within a minute.

Submit and wait for approval

Approval is typically granted in 10–15 minutes. You'll be notified in-app once your agency is live.

Rules & compliance

What's expected of a Poppo agency

Minimum active hosts

Maintain at least 5 active hosts, each streaming a combined 10+ hours per week.

No cross-agency poaching

Agents may not recruit hosts who are already registered under another agency.

One agency per person

Each individual is permitted to operate a single registered agency at a time.

Age 18+

Both agents and the hosts they recruit must meet Poppo's minimum age requirement.

No third-party promotion

Promoting other apps or platforms within Poppo Live is strictly prohibited.

Healthy team culture

Agencies are expected to guide and support hosts professionally and respond to requests promptly.

Agents typically earn between 4% and 20% commission, based on the last 30 days of revenue generated by their hosts and any sub-agents they've invited.

Yes. Agencies are expected to maintain at least 5 active hosts, streaming a combined 10+ hours per week.

You can request closure through Poppo's Help & Feedback section. Once dissolved, your hosts and any sub-agents transfer to your upper agent.
