Poppo Agent Commission Explained: How the 4%–20% Range Actually Works

One of the most common questions from new agents is simple: how is commission actually calculated? The short answer is that it's performance-based and reviewed on a rolling 30-day window — here's the longer, more useful answer.

Two Sources of Commission

Agents earn from two distinct streams:

Host commission — a percentage of the gift revenue generated by hosts you've personally recruited. Bonuses and platform rewards earned by hosts are excluded from this calculation; only direct gift income counts.

Sub-agent commission — if you've invited other agents into your network, you earn the difference between your commission rate and theirs, applied to the revenue generated by their hosts.

How the Rate Is Set

Your commission percentage — somewhere between 4% and 20% — is recalculated based on your agency's total revenue over the trailing 30 days. Higher-performing agencies unlock higher rates, which is why host retention and consistency matter more than short-term spikes.

A Worked Example

Say your hosts collectively generate $50,000 in gift revenue over 30 days. At a 4% rate, that's $2,000 in commission. At 12%, it's $6,000. At the top 20% tier, the same $50,000 in host revenue becomes $10,000 — which is why growing from a handful of active hosts to a genuinely engaged team compounds quickly.

Withdrawals

Both hosts and agents can self-withdraw once they reach the $10 minimum (100,000 points), in multiples of $10. Poppo supports multiple withdrawal methods including bank transfer, E-Pay and crypto options.
