How to fill in the Poppo agency registration form

The registration form mainly asks for your Poppo ID and a one-time verification code, so these steps are about getting both right the first time.

Install Poppo Live and sign in

Download Poppo Live from the Play Store or App Store and sign in with the account you want your agency linked to.

Tip: Your agency is tied to this account's Poppo ID, so avoid temporary or shared accounts.

Copy your numeric Poppo ID

Open the Profile tab. Your Poppo ID is the number shown under your username — not your display name.

Tip: Copy and paste it instead of typing. One wrong digit and the verification code never reaches you.

Open the agency registration link

Tap "Open Registration Form" on this page. Poppo's agency registration page opens in your browser.

Tip: If the page does not load inside WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, open it in Chrome or Safari instead.

Enter your Poppo ID and tap "Get"

Paste your ID into the form and tap Get. Poppo sends a one-time verification code to your in-app messages.

Enter the verification code and submit

Switch to the Poppo app, copy the code from your messages, paste it into the form and submit.

Tip: The code usually arrives within a minute. Keep the registration page open while you fetch it.

Wait 10–15 minutes for approval

Most agencies are approved within 10–15 minutes. You are notified inside the Poppo app as soon as your agency is live.

Troubleshooting

Poppo agency registration problems and how to fix them

These are the issues that hold up most applications. If yours is not listed, send us your Poppo ID and a screenshot.

The verification code never arrived

Check your in-app messages and notifications in Poppo Live — the code usually arrives within a minute. If it is not there, confirm you entered your numeric Poppo ID (not your username) and tap Get again.

The registration page will not open

Open the link in your phone's main browser (Chrome or Safari) instead of inside another app, and check your connection. Still blank? Message us and we will send you the link directly.

I am applying from South Asia

Applicants in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka need to reach Wealth Level 3 before Poppo approves an agency. Message us and we will explain the quickest way to get there.

Approval is taking longer than 15 minutes

Most applications clear in 10–15 minutes. If yours is taking longer, send us your Poppo ID on WhatsApp and we will help you find out what is holding it up.

My Poppo ID is already linked to an agency

Poppo allows one agency per person. If your ID already belongs to an agency, contact us before applying again so we can explain your options.

I entered the wrong Poppo ID

Simply reopen the registration link and request a new code using the correct ID. A code sent to a different ID cannot be used for your account.

It is Poppo's own agency registration form. Tap "Open Registration Form" on this page to open it in your browser, then enter your Poppo ID and the verification code Poppo sends you. We never ask for your Poppo password.
